Ollanta Humala is already in the 2nd round of the Peruvian presidential elections with opposing candidate Keiko Fujimori, who may become the first woman president in Peru. There is a small difference between these two candidates. Keiko Fujimori is not wining with a major difference because what happened with her father former president Alberto Fujimori. He is now in the jail convicted of killing innocent people when he attacked the terrorists that were threatening the security of Peru. Ollanta Humala is a nationalist and is allied with Venezuelan Communist president Hugo Chavez. Many people including me think that Humala will become too powerful in the country and take lands for the poor, just as Hugo Chavez is doing. Humala was a commander in Peruvian Police. Peru is one of the most important countries of South America because of the market and the different types of minerals and resources that has. Also, in the last 20 years Peru was the country that grew the most economically in the region. Peru will lose a big part of its economy, which it is now gaining if Ollanta Humala comes into power. Peru is growing at a tremendous rate and I don’t want Peru to stop or go downhill. I also believe that all international organizations will leave Peru. Nowadays, all over the world the presidents are being dictators and it is a massive problem. We are now suffering the problem in Venezuela, Bolivia, Libya and many other countries. If communist leaders continue to take power through force or elections the world and its people will be under threat. As a Peruvian, I hope that Humala doesn’t win the presidential elections because he will take power of any other territory that my parents don’t live in; for example; Beach house, rented apartments and many other businesses or other houses. Humala will take power the national big companies and many families, as well as mine will maybe have to leave Peru. Peru has a great diversity in every style and I don’t want Humala to ruin this. The final decision will be chosen by all Peruvians residents this 5 of June.
